This group is designed for the 3-6 year old or any youth that has never played hockey. Skills focused at this age are skating and puck handling.
Golden Spike’s Try It For Free program allows you to skate for 4 sessions to see what you think. After the 4 sessions, if you want to continue playing hockey with Golden Spike, all you need to do is pay the current ice fee and continue learning.
The Try it for Free program does require a USA Hockey registration prior to the first skate session and a proper fitting helmet and skates. A limited amount of equipment is available for rent on a first come first serve basis.
