Fall Registration will be held on 17 September 2011 during the first practice of each division. Please register on-line prior to this date. Print out all paperwork and bring signed copies to the first practice. Players will not be allowed on the ice until all paperwork is complete.

Expected Costs for the Season A USA Hockey IMR regisration must be completed via the USA Hockey website. Mini Mites/Learn to Play (LTP) Hockey USA Hockey IMR (2005 and younger) = No Cost USA Hockey IMR (2001-2004) = $36.50 Ice Cost = $250 Jersey = $15 Socks = Not required can buy $15 Stick - Included A flat stick will be provided to all mini mites. This stick must be used by the player until the coach feels that the player has correctly identified if they are a left or right handed shooter. Mites and Squirts USA Hockey IMR (2001-2004) = $36.50 USA Hockey IMR (1999-2000) = $40.00 Ice Cost = $425 Jersey = $45 Socks = $15 PeeWee and Bantam Level USA Hockey IMR (1999-2000) = $40.00 USA Hockey IMR (1997-1998) = $40.00 Ice Cost = $435 Jersey = $45 Socks = $15 Midget A/AA USA Hockey IMR (1993-1996) = $40.00 Ice Cost = TBD Jersey = TBD Socks = TBD The minimum amount of $2,450 will be charged for Midget A/AA team play. Based on which team the player is on, a final invoice amount will be provided. During this registration, you can pay $2,450 now or make monthly payments starting with $350. If you are wishing to volunteer as a coach, please obtain your IMR number from USA Hockey and register any children with Golden Spike prior to registering as a coach.
